VDA and Maryland both beat #34 last weekend (Washington Premier). This is were the season ended off.
I think McLean will rise up in this age group next year.
Go with facts. Not emotions. You'll do better
VDA finished 3 points ahead of Carolina rapids for 6th place. That is one win.

VDA finished 3 points ahead of the Carolina Rapids in the regular season to QUALIFY for the North America Cup. Read your own league rule book.
Who is this VDA lunatic. VDA would finish behind Arlington, Spirit MD and FCV locally in the GDA and behind Richmond, MD United and next year McLean in the ECNL. That makes them no better than 7th locally in the 04 age group. Just stop it.
Not a VDA lunatic actually. I posted my rankings and one goof ball is challenging it. I'm defending it. I stand what I said. VDA / Maryland U and Baltimore Amour are the next best 04 teams behind FCV. You dont like it? Oh well. Here is where the season ended

Where the regular season ended is a stronger predictor of future rankings. Sorry but that hasn't really changed much.
So again, what has changed with VDA that they will make such a leap in Conference this year and locally?
In conference, which is what you will be playing this fall. Having some success postseason against other 5th and 6th place teams does not really advance your ranking as much as you'd like to think it does. Those final ranks are pretty rubish since especially since VDA was able to grab 6 easy points in the silver bracket after losing in the Gold. Md United won and had three draws against tougher teams in the gold bracket yet drop in ranks. Ok.....
Those rankings don't include the playoff results.so again, loud and wrong.
