Not the PP, but you've missed the point. These people have walls around their property precisely because they work. They may not be the total solution, but you dont leave your property unfenced/unwalled if you want to keep uninvited guests out.

As someone who is greatly affected by the shutdown, I kinda want him to do this. We could go back to work without Nancy caving at all.
