Purchased a pair of silver loop earrings and after awhile the stones began to fall out. I contacted Stella and Dot and they told me they only guarantee up to a year and after the line was probably discontinued. Wished I would have checked out reviews before I purchased them. RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!

It's plastic junk! I ordered a couple items- the renegade bracelet looks and feels like a child's toy. Everything is plastic plated crap. I only bought the items to support my friend. My boyfriend without knowing the brand said it looks crappy. I'd rather spend hundreds more to buy real jewelry...
Chances are you will find Stella and dot for fraction of the price on eBay. It's just a notch better than claire's jewelry!

They aren't paying them. It is another MLM.

Terrible customer service! Do NOT purchase from them! You only have 30 mins to "cancel" the order and good luck trying to reach them by phone! Also you don't know your shipping charge until they bill you

Personally I've ordered well over $400 in items & Ive found the exact same thing at a Nordstrom sale for a necklace at SD at Nordys for $9.
Some of the stuff is cheaply made, others just gaudy & if you look you can find it all for way cheaper at Baublebar or Nordstrom.

I wear 2 items!! I hate the return policy because really who's gonna call their rep for the return label??!
That's where this company plays on wormens weaknesses!!!

I was given a Locket for Christmas by my mother in law after i show her the picture, the locket came defective, it did not close, so I call Costumer Service to have it replace, they send me a new one, the new one came broke as well, with the same issue, at this point i did not want to have it anymore, they said that they would give me the credit to get something else when I think my mother in law should of got her money back, but of course they can do that, so i left it at that, i try to contact them to get something I like again from the webside and when i contact it costumer service they said i do not have any credit, so now I don't have anything, and lost around $100 my mother in law spend on me!
horrible company, horrible costumer service, horrible quality control (because you think they would of check the second one they send me).
