Noem's camp clearly leaked this so she can now proceed with divorce. She's likely known about all of this for years. The affair has been going on for 5+ years.

Trump wants her prosecuted for claiming he signed off on her ad campaign. They aren't going after her for any actual grift.

He says he wants her prosecuted - but they won't actually prosecute her because Trump did sign off on the campaign but now regrets it. Sad!
