It's more like watching that football channel that jumps between games to all of the scoring plays, tons of action but nothing holding it all together.

Disagree, I like it. It has only been one day. Robbie has high standards, so he can take a little time.
In real life, could Landon even work in this environment again? Seems very risky. I would think he would lose his medical license, at least for a few years.

I agree, it's not *quite* as good. Still one of the best things on TV.
I've been waiting for a mention of the son. I think they had a throw-away mention that Kiara was not working that day. Maybe? I guess since the show depicts a single day, it makes sense that you wouldn't necessarily see all the same characters.
And now there is hot nurse Jesse.

+1 As an addict in recovery, Langdon ought to expect that not everyone he screwed over is going to forgive him automagically. Nobody owes you a second chance to betray their trust.
As the person in charge, it's perfectly appropriate for Robbie to be keeping him at arm's length, watching him closely, and treating him like "low man" because he lost any status he had when he broke the rules. Expecting anyone to just take him back in with open arms is naive af. He's getting a second chance, which is probably more than he deserves. He shouldn't expect warm fuzzies and coddling on top. He needs to be willing to earn back the trust and respect he previously threw away with his poor decisions.

Well, I think she’s doing great. She’s annoying in just the right way. And she’s no where near as annoying as Olgilvie.

When Carter came back to the ER after his rehab, he was welcomed with open arms. His friends stood by him. I don’t think it’s right that he treats Langdon like this in what is supposed to be a professional environment.
