Please go, no one is stopping you. Plenty of space there. Go to REI first and get yourself a nice warm coat.Anonymous wrote:At this point I'd rather live in Greenland as a territory of Denmark than in the world Trump is creating. And I hate being cold.

Invading Greenland? Why not invade France? Or take over Germany? Or Australia? What's stopping Trump?
The US has the largest, most powerful military in the world -- why not invade Canada and Mexico while we're at it?
Invading Greenland, a peaceful, sparsely populated Danish territory, is quite different from invading Venezuela and kidnapping Maduro, illegal as that move was. Denmark is an ally, a member of NATO.
Suddenly, the US is the enemy of Europe. Wow.
The US would lose the majority of its overseas bases and lose access to shared bases- ie operating against Iran would be impossible, resupplying the fleet would be impossible, protecting Israel would be impossible, etc. The US would have no military presence in Europe, South Pacific, India ocean, etc. All the pre position equipment would have to be in the US. It will require our military budget to increase by 3-4 times just to maybe maintain what we have now.
No more wars and drive by bombing for republicans.

I don’t think the US is going to do anything, maybe send an expeditionary force to camp out for a while, ok. That place is still a frozen tundra, global warming is a hoax. Whatever, the US does, the Europeans won’t do sh*t other than flop on the ground like a soccer player. That’s their game. NATO needs the US, not other way around.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Of course they will. What do think they’re going to fight with ? They have no offensive capability. I hope they close all US bases in Europe in protest, they are there to defend them. Will they close EU military stations?
So the US is going to temporarily “occupy” Greenland for three years? Truly a moron’s errand.
