More children using the seats in the classroom cause multiple issues. It’s real and you can imagine. I’d love a world where we can educate everyone— but we can’t. Maybe some guests should return if it is same for them to return. They can help rebuild their country and use the skills they learned in the
US. Our training and time to regroup will help them do that. I am happy we contributed to that county in that way.

Correct. They came here because it's much easier to be an economic migrant than it is to build the economy of your home country. That could take multiple generations, but these folks chose the easy path in the hope that they would be allowed to stay.

lol like you know the history of these people. You just listen to Fox propaganda and get your marching orders.

Was she a lawyer advising clients? So let me get this straight. You want to arrest lawyers giving advice to clients even though she is currently holding another job?

What the F? This is insane. Who are you people?

I'm saying a judge that will lead someone to escape from arrest by ICE, will probably be coaching people on what lies to tell to get asylum.
These asylum cases are mostly bogus.

If El Salvador is now safe. (Almost everyone agrees with this). So Why are there still people seeking refuge in the United States on safety claims. At what point do we say, “okay it’s safe to return because conditions have changed!” That country is a nice place to live now. Americans are going to beach resorts there, no kidding

True. Why not revoke TPS for 200,000+ Salvadorans so they can return to the “safest country in the Western Hemisphere”?

Now any El Salvadoran with gang tattoos or have been or are in a gang or who have been convicted of crimes in the US are going to go to court to claim it is too dangerous to go back because they can be incarcerated without a trial. So we are going to get stuck with all gangsters and thugs while hard working El Salvadorans are deported.

No. The US Government applauds the current status of El Salvador and it’s policies

Imagine thinking it’s ok to have the lawyer for a woman battered by this illegal alien left waiting (still ready to testify!) because the judge couldn’t be bothered to let him know she had secreted the criminal out the back door to let him escape.

This is going to be dropped and she’s going to make fools of the gestapo, yet again.

The main point here is about how ICE was attempting to arrest him—not the existence of a prior deportation order. An administrative warrant, like the one ICE had, isn’t signed by a judge and doesn’t carry the same legal weight, especially within a courthouse.

Judges have the authority to challenge ICE arrests in their courtrooms when proper judicial procedures aren’t followed. That’s exactly what Dugan did. Now, she’s being charged simply for defending the basic integrity of the courtroom.

Interesting how you, like the judge, ignore the battered woman in question here.

Just like you ignored the two domestic violence filings against the El Salvadoran deportee.

Why do you refuse to look battered women in the eye?

Just 100 percent false. No she doesn’t have authority to challenge this ICE arrest. Nor did she claim she did. She directed the agents to the chief justice and attempted to help the criminal flee through a door used by the jury that leads to a private area. This has nothing to do with her courtroom. The ICE agents weren’t in her courtroom. They were seated in the hallway outside it.

It’s like you didn’t bother to read any of the articles or the court filings linked here.

This has nothing to do with the charges against her. She doesn’t get to secret away criminals and deprive battered victims from justice because she doesn’t approve of the choices of a different arm of government.

It makes sense ICE wanted to make sure the domestic violence victims had their day in court first and then arrested him afterwards.
That was the agreement all around, except this judge wanted to help the illegal immigrant instead of ICE.

Fischer addresses 18 U.S.C. § 1512. This case hinges on 18 U.S. Code § 1505.

They are economic migrants. Their asylum claims were always bogus. It’s laughable that we have illegals coming here “seeking asylum” in a country that has a far higher murder rate.

to Pelosi , these were Democrats coming to the homeland.
