has obtained the written domestic violence allegations from Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s wife in 2021, in which she alleges he is a repeat wife beater & writes “At this point, I am afraid to be close to him. I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he can be and all the bruises he bas left me.”
In her own handwriting, she alleges that Abrego Garcia punched and scratched her on her eye, leaving her bleeding after throwing her laptop on the floor. She writes that on another day, he got angry again, started yelling, and ripped her shirt and shorts off, then grabbed her arm, leaving marks.
She also writes that in two times in 2020, he hit her.
"In November 2020, he hit me with his work boot".
"In August 2020, hit me in the eye leaving a purple eye."

F. He has never been convicted of a crime in El Salvador OR in the U.S., so sending him to PRISON in El Salvador makes no sense
.
That is not true. Stop lying.
He was convicted of a restraining order for domestic violence. His wife admitted he abused her for THREE YEARS. Get your facts straight!
That is not a conviction my friend and it doesn’t negate someone’s right to due process. You can be a shit person and still deserve due process, just like every shit person is entitled to a robust defense in court. And it matters for us all that we don’t just say due process doesn’t matter.
They think it doesn’t matter to them because they are on Trump’s side and think they are untouchable. Lol. What they aren’t accounting for is how erratic he is. There’s a long line of people who thought they were safe since they were on his side, and now they are paying for it. Also, the precedent has been set, and the next potus can send them away for not falling in line with their every command.

Let's go visit Nazi Germany, get a selfie by the Holocaust while you're there.

Anonymous wrote:Yet again the Dems fell for the bait. This is not the winnable issue. Yes, I agree it’s unconstitutional and that is dangerous but it’s not playing well in the court of public opinion bc of the assault charges.
Focus on the mess Trump is making of the economy. That is clear and a winnable issue.
Focus on the closure of rural health and Head Start. So many stories from parents who rely on Head Start to highlight.
Focus on all the losses to science through the NIH and university research cuts and how this jeopardizes our status as an innovator.
Focus on grocery store prices. Pick someone from the Midwest and have them report on their grocery bill weekly.
Focus on the oligarchy AOC/Sanders message. Highlight the conflict of interest inherent in sending out all social security statements over X.
Focus on the poor woman kidnapped from Tufts by plain clothed ICE officers.
There is so much to chose from. The Dems have money to do their research. I just don’t understand how they can keep picking up winnable issues?!?

Unless he had a chance to defend himself in a court of law then nothing has been “proven” at all. You damn fools need to get a basic civics education before you sell out the USA and our constitution.
He had a hearing in 2019 with evidence showing he was a gang member. He lost because "he failed to present evidence to dispute that assertion" he had a Lawyer at the hearing and lost. The actual documents are here. https://www.justice.gov/ag/media/1396906/dl?inline
That was his "chance to defend himself in a court of law". He lost.
This is a lie.
If you have evidence that Mr. Abrego Garcia is now or has ever been a member of a gang, please, please post it here.
Otherwise, STFU.
He didn’t need a hearing to prove he is in a gang to be removed. He is removable because he is an illegal alien. He tried to plead asylum but that failed. He had due process in 2019 but judge declined to give him amnesty.
He later received a waiver preventing the US from deporting him. He was here legally. No removal order.
Wrong again. The order was that he couldn’t be taken to El Salvador because he was worried about gang reprisals. It did not grant him asylum in the US and he was still deportable.
Wait a minute. how are people squaring:
- “he was worried about gang reprisals, so he won withholding of removal,” with
- “he was never a gang member” ??
Both cannot true simultaneously.

Why don't you understand - it's not about whether he's a criminal or a good guy. The concern is the lack of due process. I feel like people don't understand what that means.
Without due process, there is literally nothing to stop this from happening to you. Piss the wrong person off, have the same name as a bad guy, get drunk and get the wrong tattoo, get lost and find yourself walking into the middle of a pro-Palestinian protest, whatever. ICE shows up and takes you into custody, and drags you straight to a plane headed for El Salvador.
Wait, you say, I'm an American citizen! I can prove it - here's my passport/birth certificate. Please, someone just look at them, and this will all be cleared up.
That's due process. Due process is what gives you the chance to be heard before being shipped to a gulag in El Salvador. If you have no right to due process, then the iCE agent arresting you has no obligation to look at your passport or check your birth certificate. They can just decide they don't believe you, or don't care, and off you go.
I have no idea is Abrego Garcia was a criminal. Frankly, neither do you. And the reason we don't know that is because he was denied due process. The Constitution guarantees due process for everyone. It doesn't say "due process, but only for the innocent." The whole "is he a gang member/wife beater/terrorist" question is absolutely irrelevant. He should not have been deported without due process. Full stop. If due process were given and he was found to be subject to deportation, I would not care at all
It is honestly baffling to me that anyone thinks this is ok. How you don't see the danger for YOU and people you love with this precedent.
This 1,000 times. Why aren’t people understanding this?
More due process was given to this scumbag than was given to any of the victims of illegal alien criminals.
Watch this starting at the 6:30 mark. He walks through every damn due process this guy had. Watch to the end.
Because as an MS 13 terrorist, he is not bound by deportation restrictions.
That's the due process that he's been denied.
You can strawman this all you want. I don't care if Abrego Garcia is garbage. What matters more is our government, which is us, is acting like garbage.
You and your kind are just like the white men who used to pull black men out of their house and lynch them dead. You were so sure of your moral superiority over that "filth," you felt justified in your vigilante justice. That's what is happening here. It's the entire reason we must defend due process at all costs.
Our criminal justice system, our entire culture, was predicated on the belief it's better to let 10 guilty men go free than to imprison one innocent one. The process matters. Don't dismiss it as paperwork just because you dehumanize others so easily. One day it will be someone you care about.
