Subject: What SHOULD Dems do?
Dems need to pretend they only care about the economy and do the right thing and write them into law after they are elected. Just campaign and rule in different ways. But I think they care too much about voters’ identity. Only a few voters vote because of their identity .

Are you insane? Two people who are guaranteed to tank the Dems. AOC in '32? Maybe. But just as with people voting for Trump because they couldn't take another 4 years of "Biden" in Kamala, voters will also hold their nose and vote for the R if their only other option is AOC. Bernie is too old.

Biden/Kamala who worked to bring down inflation and be sure our economy was the best following a global pandemic. Biden/Kamala who invested in Green Jobs so we can actually have working class jobs. Biden/Kamala and Dems who pushed through an Infrastructure package that is soo badly needed to address Road/Bridges/Airports and much more. Same team passed USDA fresh food. But because folks said yes we will acknowledge that Trans people deserve rights, folks are willing to blowup all the other stuff.
And yet still can’t answer, What has the GOP done for you? Again, if folks think the GOP is the party that’s going to make everything right for all of the US, then why do the DEMS need to anything? Surely what’s going on is exactly what folks wanted.

Look at George Zimmerman. Look at that chubby kid who crossed a state line with a rifle, killed three people and a white jury. Look at that rich Chicago couple who used a rifle and pistol to threaten a peaceful civil rights march, and they still got off Scott clean. I mean come on!

And this response is just another example of why Dems will continue to lose elections. The summer of the BLM riots were hardly peaceful. Many govt buildings vandalized or burned to the ground, dozens murdered.

Exactly! The so-called “revenue problem” the repuglicans constantly whine about could all disappear tomorrow if the billionaires and zillionaires would just stop being so greedy and pay their fair share!
Trump, Bezos, Musk, Gates, Zuckerberg, Bloomberg: these guys could pay off the U.S. debt and barely feel any financial pain at all. And thousands of other ultra-rich big corporation owners too.
But they are all just greedy capitalists who constantly prove they don’t really care about the U.S.
Just look how little Trump pays in taxes. I’m 100% sure the others cheat just as much on their taxes while the rest of us slave away.
Ignorant post. The top 10% of earners already pay 80% of the taxes. The US debt is $37 Trillion. All these billionaires wealth combined doesn’t break a Trillion. Capitalism and a free market economy has brought more people out of poverty than any economic system so far. The poorest Americans are doing a lot better than most of the people in the world. You have no idea what poor is.

1) Covid overreach. I know, I know, we f**king love science and the voters are stupid. It doesn’t matter. The voters reject our belief that we helped against Covid, and they are furious about forced masking of children, school closures, and forced injections on penalty of job loss. They were also very shaken by what they saw as our totalitarian streak. A lot of us were very cruel to neighbors and even family members. I know it will be very difficult psychologically for us to admit any fault here. We were on the right side of this, our intentions were good, etc. But so far basically none of us have said sorry to anyone for any of this. If we want swing voters back, we have to say sorry.
2) Illegal Immigration
3) Using affirmative action to harm white workers
4) LGBTQIA+ education in elementary schools. (I agree, it’s a good thing. It teaches kids tolerance. Rs make too big a deal of it. But remember, they are the customers. If we’re the “force unpopular things down your throat Party,” they won’t vote for us. We went too far (for THEIR liking), and for that, we should apologize
5) Inflation. Yes it was Covid, the Fed, and Trump’s fault too. But our team printed and borrowed and spent too much money.
6) Calling voters stupid racists
Think about it. We win’t like this prescription, but without it we can’t get the votes back
This. But Dems can’t apologize. They think too highly of themselves. There’s no way America’s moral and intellectual superiors are going to grovel for votes from “stupid” people in flyover states.
Are Dems supposed to play along with the fiction that a twice-impeached, barely literate convicted felon and a Nazi-saluting white supremacist drug addict are intellectually and morally superior? How very North Korea of you.

TRILLIONS of debt came as a result of Bush and Trump giving billionaires and big corporations huge tax breaks. That NEEDS TO END. But instead they are firing tens of thousands of dedicated civil servants, closing agencies, going after social security, medicare and so on - so the greedy rich can have more.
