Biden should use his authority to fire them all and fast-track a modern automated port system like those used in Europe and Asia. The fact that a cabal of morons can stop nearly all trade in the US is a systemic failure that needs to be corrected. And Democrats need to stop pandering to unions. They're all Trumpers anyway.
