+1. It was a 2017 lawsuit where Fox defended itself from charges of broadcasting nonsense/lies by saying they were an entertainment outfit, not a news station.

That’s not how debates are supposed to work but everything is done in secret and behind closed doors with the Dems whether it’s nominating candidates or selecting debate moderators and networks

Fox likes to lie about the cheating attempts in the last election. They lost their case because they are guilty and no one respects their network enough to put a presidential debate on it. Find a network that did not have to payout big over election lies or go home. No one wants to watch a debate on lying Fox.
