Where did this whole “Fox is not a news channel” thing come from?

A) from watching it
B) from the lawsuit where their defense was: “No that guy isn’t a journalist; he’s really an entertainer.” Hannity maybe?

+1. It was a 2017 lawsuit where Fox defended itself from charges of broadcasting nonsense/lies by saying they were an entertainment outfit, not a news station.

Brilliant.

Enough with the both sides nonsense. If Trump wants to debate, why is he shying away from the original agreed-to debate platform on ABC? Harris is ready to debate him as originally scheduled.

Yes both sides Both sides are behaving like 5 year olds. You are so far up your side that you can't see it.

Trump did agree to every rule Biden asked for and did attend the CNN debate.

If Kamala doesn’t agree to debate, she’s the candidate that refused to debate.

Fox won’t give her the questions ahead of time, that’s why she doesn’t want a Fox debate

Fox is not a news channel. Who cares about their questions? We don't have time for nonsense.

Dems like to cheat.

Kamala isn’t going to agree because Fox News won’t help her know the questions in advance so she can prepare.

That’s not how debates are supposed to work but everything is done in secret and behind closed doors with the Dems whether it’s nominating candidates or selecting debate moderators and networks

Fox likes to lie about the cheating attempts in the last election. They lost their case because they are guilty and no one respects their network enough to put a presidential debate on it. Find a network that did not have to payout big over election lies or go home. No one wants to watch a debate on lying Fox.

I am not sure what you’re talking about. Fox didn’t lie. They announced Biden as the winner and was one of the first networks to do so- a fact that Trump was angry about.

I hope the debate happens. Trump will show his unhinged side of a woman challenges him.

Calling someone out for lies and dishonesty isn't "impartiality" - that's actually what reporters are supposed to do.

Stephanopolous is not the ABC moderator. The moderators he agreed to are David Muir and Linsey Davis. Next excuse?

Donalds never answered the question and kept repeating the lie the question was about. Reporters should ask follow ups.

Putting people in position as the candidate is what happened with the Democrats once again, not with the Republicans.

If the Republicans had their way, believe me, they wouldn’t have ever nominated Trump but he won the election and flipped states. He shocked everyone especially the RNC when he beat Hillary.

That isn't the Dems fault.

So you think the GOP could legally just dump Trump and replace him with someone else? How?

They could have refused to put a felon, rapist, and insurrectionist on the primary ballot to begin with. The rest of us are paying for their unwillingness to do the right thing.

They didn’t “put” Trump anywhere. That’s what happened with Kamala.

Trump was voted in by the Republican voters in a primary process consisting of younger candidates like Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy.
