And I think she is a romantic who is also hugely ambitious and probably never stops working on something.
I can see how they were drawn to each other, but not the staying power of it.
Genius lol?
She’s smarter than him. She’s a better businesswoman and has more money than him. Someone who gets banned from blackjack and pisses his money away on gambling and strip clubs at age 50 isn’t a genius or mature . I think he married her for financial comfort. He knew she’d buy the mansion and he expected to coast off that after the lull of the movie industry after COVID and writers strike. Ben was emailing J Lo for years prior since her divorce in 2011 and his divorce in 2012. Why did he suddenly get back with her in 2021? He was bored because Vegas was shut down and Money and work wasn’t coming in fast enough due to the pandemic so J Lo gave him something to do. He’s an awful person.
He is worth $160 million
He has oscars for his groundbreaking movies
He has an IQ of over 147
And she is worth 500 million dollars.
She doesn’t have an Oscar and she isn’t a serious actress but she’s a capital S star and and her multi industry marketing is groundbreaking as well. Movies , music, merchandise. Nobody was doing perfumes before J Lo . That was seen as a washed up QVC celebrity thing or something for older women like Elizabeth Taylor. Now every pop star has a perfume out in the Macys aisle.
Her influence is underrated. Before Kim Kardashian, she popularized relationship or fame marketing and was known for her curvy figure. Shes the first Latin actress to get paid a million dollars for a movie. None of these things were handed to her. She had to work for it.
She also was the first of the younger pop stars to join American Idol for a career resurgence . Back then, she was mocked for it but soon, Christina Aguilera, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, and others joined talent panels.

Legal separation vs. taking a week or two apart to reflect are not necessarily the same thing. Time will tell.

Now that Lopez has edged up to what she calls "the bottom of the A-list of actresses." how does she view the women with whom she's been in contention for roles? Like, say, Salma Hayek? "We're in two different realms. She's a sexy bombshell and those are the kinds of roles she does. I do all kinds of different things. It makes me laugh when she says she got offered Selena, which was an outright lie. If that's what she does to get herself publicity, then that's her thing. Columbia offered me the choice of Fools Rush In or Anaconda, but I chose the fun B-movie because the Fools script wasn't strong enough." Cameron Diaz? "A lucky model who's been given a lot of opportunities I just wish she would have done more with. She's beautiful and has a great presence, though, and in My Best Friend's Wedding, I thought, 'When directed, she can be good.'" Gwyneth Paltrow? "Tell me what she's been in? I swear to God, I don't remember anything she was in. Some people get hot by association. I heard more about her and Brad Pitt than I ever heard about her work." Claire Danes? "A good actress. Her emotional and inner life are available to her, which is a good start. But I feel like I see a lot of the same thing with every character she does. She's not that way in U-Turn, though." Winona Ryder? "I was never a big fan of hers. In Hollywood she's revered, she gets nominated for Oscars, but I've never heard anyone in the public or among my friends say, 'Oh, I love her.' She's cute and talented, though, and I'd like her just for looking like my older sister, Leslie." Madonna? "Do I think she's a great performer? Yeah. Do I think she's a great actress? No. Acting is what I do, so I'm harder on people when they say, 'Oh, I can do that - I can act.' I'm like, 'Hey, don't spit on my craft.”
Wow.
Someone should tweet the link to the article.
Talk about a PR nightmare.

He’s the opposite. He doesn’t need or want media exposure. He works on movies and other projects quietly. He doesn’t enjoy red carpets or big spectacles. Most people in recovery don’t enjoy such things. Having been married to Garner, on some level he knows what “normal” families look like and probably wants some semblance of normalcy…at least for his kids. He can’t help but notice that JLo isn’t a good mom…she’s a diva.
I agree with the pp who brought up JLo’s non-binary kid and his own non-binary kid. Straw that broke the camel’s back? Maybe his kid is dealing with mental health issues and he’s feeling scared/guilty and lashing out?

Although I think this is true on her end, he’s never been particularly sensitive to Jen G’s feelings.

Maybe he finally realized that Garner is a truly good person and a fantastic mom…especially in comparison to JLo?
Maybe he noticed some worrisome behavior in her kids that he doesn’t want his kids exposed to? I mean, do JLo’s kids go to school? Are they well educated and bright? Do they have issues—behavioral or mental health—that he only noticed once they lived together?
Can’t you imagine Ben saying things like, “Your kids need you. Stop taking on new projects and try to be a good mom.”
I am not sure why people think that their issues as a couple are due to her behavior and not his behavior. Oh, wait, I know why.

Anonymous wrote:The Tiktok backlash she received last month was so hilarious. So many waitresses and staffers who accommodated her said she was a nightmare and hell on wheels and asked that nobody look her in the eyes and in some cases that they turn around and face the wall as she passes by. Apparently she’d even get so jealous she’d take back tips given to waitresses by Ben and her ex ARod.
What a crazy woman. No wonder every man runs for the hills.
Somethings truly insane with her
