I don't agree with Lankford on this issue. There is no way in hell that normalizing illegal immigration at the rate they are proposing does anything to improve illegal immigration. In fact, it would probably make things worse. Once migrants hear there is a daily quota, they will rush the border in the early morning hours to get in. Not a good plan at all.
