STJ MC Elite, or Pride.
If and only if those clubs teams are playing in higher brackets than orange which none of them are except Pride
My guess would be that Orange, Stars and Pride would play in similar brackets and guessing that they will perform in that same order.
For 2026, CLC Orange is ranked 56 and Pride Black is 100.
For 2025, CLC Orange is ranked below Pride at 77, and Pride is ranked 59.

That’s so not true. Capital B has better connections and better recruiting staff.
Fwiw, with the exception of 1 tournament his summer (where they were in the same bracket), the Pride 25s played in higher brackets than Capital Orange.

During Orange 2024's most recent run, the girls and coaches focused their efforts on showcasing uncommitted teammates. The parents socialize together and like each other. The cross-selling of coaching and training can become costly and feels a little annoying, but is not necessary to participate in those. Finally, from this board one can discern that there are folks that have left the club or feel burned by it is some other way. I don't know or deny their experiences. It was not ours."
My DD did not tryout for CLC because she heard from current CLC players that are on her high school team that they didn't like the culture on their respective Capital teams.
I've met enough douchey Capital parents to steer clear of there.

The girls decided they really wanted to stay together, and the parents supported the decision. Naive maybe, but emphatic, no. With the proper management, could have been great, but their ineptitude and lack of caring was greatly underestimated.
Neutral party here. It makes me genuinely happy that there are girls out there that value friendships more than lacrosse glory and the opinions of others. It probably cost the parents a bit in lost scholarship money, but the life lessons learned were probably more valuable.
Enough on the 23's!!! From a certain point of view, sure, the Pride 23's stayed together for friendship, but a more likely point of view was a few parents of Pride 23 players (that did not get their way with Capital leading up to try-outs) coerced the group into thinking there was a benefit to staying together, but were primarily thinking about the benefit of their daughters in recruiting by keeping the Pride 23 team together. And, let's also remember that KM forced 14 year old girls to decide to stay with Pride 23 for high school by locking them into agreements before the Capital try-outs that year.
Yes. Understood girls (parents) were terrified to leave because they would lose their spot on the team and many knew they would not get a CLC B spot.
Like recent years past a good number of Pride players would have made the CLC Blue team that year. That 2023 class was loaded. Combine the top 10 from CLC Blue with the top 10 from Pride Black and there is a good chance that team would have been top 5, maybe even #1 in that class. The accolades players on those two teams have racked up this year is impressive.

This is evidenced by the large number of Stars girls put on both Blue and Orange teams this year. Pride had a much better team with much better players, yet far fewer girls were selected. Unfortunately, we’re in D.C., and politics is everywhere including middle school lacrosse.
Here we go again... Not sure the statistics bear this out. It looks like there was a pretty good BLC "pipeline" just based not he quality of the team, and Pride did fine in the number of Capital offers, just as they did the year before and the year before that. Even if there was a slight boost for playing with Stars, you are still choosing to play for a much lower ranked team in much lower brackets, against much lower ranked competition. Not sure that's worth the development hit for most players.

That will change more than likely. Pride Black looks like they picked up a lot of talent.
Pride Black 2027, right? Good news.
