This thread has started to amuse me. I'm about Kate's age (a year older) and similar height and body. Also similar facial structure and I feel like we are aging similarly in the face. For what it's worth, I've never had an Botox or fillers. I wear a lot less eye make up than Kate does (like usually just some mascara even for a night out). I get why someone who is as photographed as she is wears much more, though I think her liner is a bit heavy for her age. I used to wear more eye makeup but I've found that as the skin around my eyes has gotten more lined and prone to crepeyness (is that a word), it's just very hard to do much that won't immediately settle into those lines and bring attention to them. I've found I like my appearance more when I do less or stick to more neutral shades with a bit of sparkle. But I'm guessing my "no makeup look" wouldn't fly in the BRF.

In any case, as someone with a pretty similar face/body and likely similar genetics, all the comments about how there must be some dramatic explanation for her thinness or that she must be getting fillers because her cheeks are still full are funny. She's 40! She's a naturally thin person who probably exercises regularly -- that's why she's thin. You don't have to concoct explanations involving smoking, IBS, eating disorders, etc. Some people are just thin. I'm one of them. It's so weird that people think this can't possibly be the case.

Same with her face. You can see the aging in her face, especially around her eyes. I see zero evidence of Botox or fillers. She could be getting them, but if she is, they are not noticeable and she's not overdoing it because her face looks 40. A pretty, healthy 40 in a person who probably has good skincare and drinks enough water, but 40.

I don't even care for the BRF but honestly you all just sound jealous and bitter. Don't be. She's married into a weird family and has to work incredibly hard at a job that is, quite frankly, dumb. I bet her life is pretty high stress and I also can't imagine parenting in that environment, especially parenting a "future monarch." Let her have her natural thinness and her graceful agin. She's got other problems.

I’d bet money she’s on some gluten free or whole 30 diet for a GI or auto-immune problem but doesn’t want to talk about it publicly.

No, the reality is that she knows every photo of her is published online and scrutinized. Like actresses, she probably looks emaciated in person.

She has always been thin. I think the “thinner” look she has now is just aging. Women that are already thin look thinner in middle age. Usually a combination of facial fat/collagen decreasing and the subcutaneous fat all over decreasing, plus being very active with young kids and a busy schedule. I don’t think she looks emaciated- just middle age thin

Yep. Diana was starting to take on that look also in the couple of years before she died.

Maybe you missed that a lot of people just think that thin is very attractive.
