When I last visited my parents, my Trumpster stepfather was going on about how Zelenskyy is corrupt, a crook and he was the bad guy... only because he hears that garbage from Trump.

This is heartbreaking. Every single life lost in senseless wars and taken in violence is heartbreaking. It’s just that so many are now being lost in Ukraine.

Russia has fought various European powers for centuries. Napoleon, Hitler etc. For them Nazi is just code for anyone in the West who makes them feel small,.insignificant and lost glory on their now diminished real estate. That's why Russian women are giving their husbands permission to rape Ukrainian women - it's power and control by a group of people who themselves feel very small.
