Ohhh this actress when the manager tells her she only has the small 4oz candles… this is Oscar worthy.


The best part is if she had called the 800 number they would have sent her the stupid candle for free (I worked for this company in high school, and store-level employees could not give away free items, only corporate could do that, and they 100% would have because she DID have a legitimate gripe, just blown way, way out of proportion.)
