One accusation that cannot be rebutted because of all the time that has passed, does not make him a pedophile. And, the timing is highly suspect. The second accusation was even more questionable (Gloria Allred's client). Those are the only accusations lodged.

Gadsden is a small town--believe me, if all the allegations are true, it would have gotten around and he would not have been elected to office as many times as he has.
