Anyone can be a standout recruit to Ty Xanders when mommy and daddy willing to dish out the big bucks to be evalalated by that tool.

Bullis should win and be the best team in the DMV.

I'm on board with bullis winning and ty xanders being a tool.

Without Shockey, Landon will prove itself to be very good, but not spectacular.

If this pertained to last year, which would have included Shickey, then for sure. This year, not sure what Landon has lined up, and EHS lost their stud FOGO. So still an impressive lineup, but not the best in nation.

Other than playing McDonogh, Hill Academy, Severn, and their annual contest with Gonzaga, they don’t appear to have that challenging of an out of conference schedule. NAPS is not particularly any good so don’t try and say that is a big game on their schedule.

This reads like a recent Washington Post article about the weakness of Georgetown University's nonconference basketball schedule.

Relax, it's high school lacrosse. Not to mention they play in one of the most stacked conferences in the country - they will be exposed to plenty of high level competition right in their backyard.

You do realize youre talking about high school sports. You want a lax team to travel all over the country with their 30 players and miss classes so they can play the "best" team in the midwest? There are plenty of great teams in this area. They are already getting exposed to great competition. Hopefully it stays like this and doesn't go the way of high school basketball.

My experience (two kids who played lacrosse: youth, club, HS, college) is that almost every team has 1 or 2 parents who are over zealous. Not the kids' fault. Not the schools' fault. So let's talk about lacrosse!

1 or 2? When it comes to SSSA, we're talking about 75% of the parents being obnoxious.
