One would think since this isn’t Valor’s first rodeo, they agreed to take at least one kid per team. Lessons learned from NVA. If not, it will be an utter failure and PE will be looking for a new job.

given one of the age group has 7 players now on different ECNL and MLSNext teams and are better currently then NVA. Its both nepotism and talent. Nonsense, Valor couldn't get kids on NVA teams.
Over the past year, a couple of Valor girls have been added to NVA, and these players are very talented. This isn’t about nepotism but rather about their ability to compete at a high level. The truth is, Valor typically doesn’t have strong coaching at the U9-U12 levels to properly prepare these girls for such competitive play. The Valor girls who made it to NVA have put in extra training beyond their regular club sessions. Instead of complaining about nepotism, Valor should focus on improving its own development system.

Yes. Parents think it means there are guaranteed spots for Valor players. Valor does not advertise how many--if any-- Valor players actually are rostered on each team.

Time will tell on how many stay vs leave. Our team had no plans on not coming back next year from what I've heard.

Was that due to lack of talent on Valor teams, or at least partly because Loudoun and favored their own? GFR left the alliance before Valor did. It seems like they were fed up with the way Loudoun was doing things.
NVA never gave a second thought to Valor kids regardless of how good they were. NVA is nepotism, keeping parents happy and, maintaining the status quo. GFR was smart to leave and this is a blessing for Valor. They never had a true seat at the table.
