dear god lmao. Did they get access to whatever email account they needed. Also still curious about what was in the angry letter.

College exposure depends on what your DD does on the field (and off Looks at VDA) and you family team does off the field. Don’t rely on a club for exposure. As far as SYC vs FVU. SYC imo. But it depends on what magic that coach cooks up and if FVU is willing to wager on another sub 500 possible record. Its more likely this year they ducked competition to keep from being under water if they are in probation. The boys side is dismal. The girls side had 2 winning records.

Tldr ask your new coach or CW/MV if they have plans to actually play in competition next season. Then ask SYC the same.

Hell yall are in the same lower brackets at jeff cup lmao. You will get your answer soon enough

The new VDA U16s are stacked (including pick ups from Arl 2011/2010s, FVU 2010s, and obviously VDA 2010s) but can they play together? Can they gel quickly enough to win games early in the season unlike this year? New VDA U15s also stacked because of so many 2011s moving down with the age group change and they’ve all played together so should be a seamless transition.

Exciting times in the MA! Consolidation does make for better teams and I’m hoping both Arl and VDA do well next year — there are enough accolades and college scouts for all of the girls!
well we can safely say the golden team has been retired w one legit departure. Respectfully will be weird seeing a different lineup as those girls have bern together since forever. Most of em. Agreed on the rest. The Geling relies on coaches and marketing relies on us and the clubs.

Lots of changes south of us as well. RU and CharlSA are making chess moves to address changes in the nova. CISC may relinquish the top spot in MA as pissed bait and switched parents/families head for the hills. #1 spots will be open for the hardest working teams in Ga/ECNL next year.

The most serious hardcore important question of next season that im personally looking forward too and I know is on everyones heads… including yours.

Will the retooled Hammerheads get out of last place. I for one see some improvements coming. And you better get ready for the bite!!

You first. How’s it been going on your team?

I’ll take a swing at it.

VDA: playing girls in the new age year caused 8-10 girls to move to current 2012. 2011 picked up 3-5 current 2010s and a few from NVA, FVU and SYC

Arlington: picked up 2 girls

FVU: lost 2-3 to other clubs. No additional players yet

NVA/SYC: lost a few players. Unsure of adds

Rest of GA: Return 95% of current team.

Arl also lost some girls to VDA (ouch at Golden team enter possibly new golden team). Picked up more than two however. One supposedly from NVA.

Some movement at MYS as well.

Did Arlington lose some girls to VDA or did those girls see the writing on the wall and make the move to where they'd make the roster and not get moved down?
Lost some. Had little to do w BY/SY. The pied piper of the pitch instagram astroturfing worked. Or maybe some discounts. Can’t be mad they chose the club with consistent placements. Not that they needed the help.

I understood that at least one of the defections was about dissatisfaction with playing time on the Arlington squad.

Lost 2, gained 4.

Not sure playing time will be better at VDA.

How many VDA top performers were pulled to the golden team?

None. FVU, SYC, NVA inbound
