St Albans has a decent FOGO who will get possessions for STA, and a crafty offense that can score. But their Yalie-bound goalie graduated, and while the defense showed a bit of improvement last year, I think all the starters graduated. It'll be a swiss cheese defense.
St. albans will be just fine. They hosted their first home playoff game in years last year. Offense is loaded. Defense will be just fine. goalie's older brother is a D1 goalie and follows in his footsteps. SSSA lost their best pole who transferred. They will be average at best in the IAC.
I saw St Albans play 3 times last year. I do like their offense, and I'm told none of their impact players was a senior last year. Shifty, fast, strong shooters, and creative unselfish feeders. lots of weapons. I also think the FOGO when on, can compete with any other in the area. I know there is at least one big pole we know from the club circuit who did not graduate, but talented as he is, he can't shoulder the defense by himself. That goalie last year was the real deal. I think the new goalie may develop into a real deal Prospect, but he's at least a season away from being able to deflect more than he lets in in thae IAC. Sorry, Bulldogs. But it's going to be a tough season for y'all.

I don't think will we see a player of Epstein's caliber in a very long time. As a junior, he shattered the all time points record at Landon, and he still has his senior season left. While I'm sure there will be a few strong freshman who make varsity for their respectful team, its a bit pre-mature to compare anyone to Epstein. He is the best offensive player to come out of the DC area in quite some time.

What a Prep homer report. Prep will be much worse than Bullis or SSSA. Rodgers from Bullis or Newsome from SSSAS are much better defenders than Prep kid. God, what a homer.
I have to disagree with Bordley as best coach. Landon would have won just as many IAC championships without Bordley. However, he gets all the credit for starting the program and putting Landon on the map since the late 1980's. But he is NOW not the best coach.
