As for Valor, they did decent this fall. It's not a bad club to look at

Not a $3000 investment.

Exactly. They fall flat without outside recruiting by u13. LS will play down those crazy good Great Falls 2014 girls that for whatever reason jumped ship in August that mostly play on the 2013 team when they need to win against harder teams and looks like they still barely out rank Valor. At least Valor cares about the top team players and doesn't stack them with 14+ deep rosters only to bench kids for outside talent they find.

Tryout for both clubs. Since your daughter played travel soccer for awhile, you would know how tryout goes. get the feel of the club from there, see what coaches do, and how they run the tryouts. Some clubs only do scrimmages which is a red flag. and when she is done, ask her what she liked and feel comfortable with.

Don’t trust trolls on this board. Check out multiple teams around you and see if it’s a good fit for your dd. Coaches will let you in on a practice session, go to one and make your own decision. Too many parents in nova always trying to bring others down, they love it for some reason. But check them all out and talk to parents in person about the teams, it’s the only way you will really know which one is a good fit for you and your daughter.
