Sounds like PP is talking about the new GDS LS/MS.

Based on the latest town hall and assuming all went as planned, the school should have its occupancy permit by now for the new building. That was a little surprising to me as it looked like there was still a bit of work yet to do the last time I drove onto campus, but maybe it was all punch-list type of stuff.
