I don’t get this. Cohen’s district is not near there.

It’s almost as if this whole thing isn’t exactly on the level!

It's almost as if the pro school board folks don't actually live in Fairfax County or have kids in fcps.

Either PP confused Cohen with Tholen, or has no idea where the Springfield District is located.

Plenty of people do that. Unfortunately, some of them are probably other School Board members.

Are you kidding?

That is the heart of Cohen's district.

Her district is primarily West Springfield schools, with a little overflow towards Fairfax and Centerville.

Wat? Yes it is. That’s the middle of West Springfield right by the Whole Foods. The middle of her district. Why are you and PP making this out to be some weird conspiracy?

Fairfax Democrats posted in support of Tholen on Twitter today and got all of 5 “likes.” On the other hand, the recall petition is near or above 3000 signatures. Ouch.

I’m sorry but this just sounds so juvenile. Ouch? Only five likes? This is why I can’t take you folks seriously.

LOL. When the base ignores the call for support from party leadership, it might just be time to start thinking about stepping aside.

Given that academics were better when the board was balanced or dominated by GOP endorsed folks, I wholeheartedly agree.

Absolutely true.

I honestly don’t know or care what party affiliation they have but I am with whoever said there is some kind of “let’s make enforcing political correctness our type priority” group think happening right now. I just want people with good management skills, listening skills, and a practical outlook in charge. Anyone too committed to any ideology is off the list of choices for me.

Sorry, I meant “top priority” not “type priority.”
