That is too bad a kid transferred out for his senior season.

As for the other kid who is having surgery, hopefully he can make his back for his senior campaign. You hate to see any player miss his final season of HS ball.

Either way, sounds like some losses in the midfield for SJC but I expect them to still be very good.

You bring up a very good point about the mental pressures of now being the HUNTED and having a target on your back.

This must be a Spalding dad.
Fake news on the goalie considering going anywhere.

Doubt SJC at your own risk. Wes gets those kids ready to play. They will beating up on the rest of the area, with GZ likely as one of the more one-sided whoopings.

I write this as a GZ supporter—SJC should be preseason #1 in US.

New event the day after NHSLS. I think this is a can’t miss tourney. Riverside better play STA and DeMatha. Otherwise, it will be rough. Kudos to them showing up.

It hasn't been a revolving door. Of the last 2 boys' coaches, one was there 10+ years, the other for 3.

It is true the AD favors football and basketball.

Which is hilarious given that other than football, their success is in girls sports.

this is an idiotic post and I bet you don't even play.

No one on this forum has said the IAC is even close to par as the WCAC is in football.

I think a more accurate framing would be WCAC is really good. IAC football is good solid high school football - WCAC is nationally relevant high school football.

Unless you're a WCAC champion quarterback and then you leave the WCAC for an IAC team.

Given the relative class sizes, that’s hardly surprising.
