Correct me if I'm wrong, but if Elite Tournaments is just a private company, doesn't that mean that their tournament profits are just that -- profits?
I could be wrong as well, but doesn't Elite partner with clubs to put on tournaments?
The club removed the headache from its staff / parents by having a professional organization run the tournament.
In return, Elite get a portion of the proceeds from putting on the tournament, while a portion goes to the sponsoring club?
