Game day I agree.
Translation: NL has a problem where coaches don't show up for games.

Dave Mitchell (President and Owner of Next Level Lacrosse) - He is a co-head coach for our 2020, 2023, 2028, and 2029 teams as well as an assistant coach for our 2021 and 2022 teams.
Boh Mitchell (Clinics and Boys Youth Lacrosse Training Program Director_ - He is the Co-Head Coach for the 2024, 2025, and 2029 teams
Colin Heeter (Director of Camps, Leagues & Tournaments) - He is a co-head coach for our 2021, 2026 & 2027 teams as well as an assistant coach for our 2029 team
Great motivation for the kids when you tell them you can't make the game/tournament cause you have a conflict with another team playing at the same time.
They have a zillion coaches listed on their website: https://nextlevelspartans.com/boys/coaches/
50% of the names listed have nothing to do with NL and they only list three others as head coaches. Nice try.

You have listed 3 of the nicest guys, who know lacrosse, and are not ass-hats. They also have some of the best assistant coaches in the DMV. Definitely a troll post or some douche-dad whose kid only made the B team.
They are good guys (though the brothers are very unsportsmanlike on the sidelines), but the PP has a point. They each are head coaches for three teams. That is not only bizarre, but not great for everyone. It is a common complaint among NL parents, not a NL B parent. You are the one who is out of touch.

Anonymous wrote:I know it's way against the NL and now NLPG model, but they should really consider allowing parents to get more involved like BLC. They don't have enough coaching resources and won't charge as much as ML to try and have paid coaches only. I know people scream about Daddy ball but it would help in a lot of ways.
Anonymous wrote:My son's very good friend plays on NLPG 2024 Team. According to him, that team is a complete waste of time. IDA not IAD, is a really nice guy, but terrible as a coach. But I don't think you can completely blame him. He was the only coach for that team. The PG25 team has 3 coaches, but for some reason, this team only has 1 coach. Don't believe me... check out their website and you will see that he is the only coach listed - All other teams have either 2 or 3 coaches. They did have another guy help out (college kid)... but you never knew when he would show up. Since they practiced in both PG and Bethesda, the other guy would only show in Bethesda (if he showed at all). Also, heard that Isiah is not coaching the team in the winter and is not sure if he can coach in the spring/summer, since he will be too busy playing professional lacrosse. Stay away from the PG teams. Like all B teams, this is just a way to make money.
