Perhaps he is a bit busy with the Pope at the moment and the coming arrival of Chinese President Xi Jinping? Personally, I am less interested in him "weighing in" and more interested in seeing major policy changes aimed at reducing, if not eliminating, child rape.

Despite what you heard on Fox News or read on Drudge, he did not attend a radical Islamic madrassa where he sat on a dirt floor while being indoctrinated by a crazed Imam.
