For instance, based on the grimace of th face in the sketch, I speculate the man may have a vision problem. I wear glasses because I am nearsighted, when I am not wearing them I sort of squint my eyes to be able to see, with a furrowed brow, I look kind of cranky. This is a huge long shot, but perhaps the shooter also wears glasses but didn't want to be recognized, so he wasn't wearing them during the incident, but normally does. Clearly I watch too many police dramas.

There was an article that stated the neighbor across the street heard screaming and watched him run away. That means police must have gotten there within 5 minutes of the crime, if not sooner? Where did he disappear in 5 minutes?? You know everyone in the area was questioned that first day, including the neighbor across the street, and no one has reported seeing this guy in a 5 minute radius at that time of day? I just don't understand.
Yeah, I've been trying to think that through, too. Maybe he parked a car a few streets away?
In my mind it's a no-brainer. He is a neighbor of these people and ran home after the shootings. He was probably back in his house before the helicopters went up.
