16:13, did you glance at the budget Jefferson and Shaw are severely uner enrolled, combined both schools will only have a projected enrollment of 197. Eliot enrollment is showing a projection of upwards but their per pupil funding is not at the level of 18k or 20k that Jefferson and Shaw will be receiving. So, don't think that your are doing us a favor by showing up at the door.

That makes no sense. Any school that is under-enrolled - by definition - is getting a BIG favor from every single new child who shows up at their door. And if the child is middle class (which all white children are in DC: poor white people don't live in the city) it's an even bigger favor.

Clearly you are ^^ trying to be impossible. More students mean more funding and more programming. Would you welcome more students if they were AA?

No one is trying to do YOU or EH a favor. I take it you are perfectly happy the way things are? No room for improvement?
