You are an idiot. Fox News defends itself in libel cases by claiming it is entertainment. Fox made that claim to defend itself against several libel suits. It did not make that claim the most well-known suit which was filed by Dominion - the voting machine company- who won almost $787 million from Fox over its false claim that the machines were rigged. Fox - actualluy its parent News Corp- settled after internal documents showed that executives and news reporters knew that their claim was false. They reported the false claims about the stolen election because they were losing their audience of morons who believe anything Trump says. Rather than report the truth, Fox made shit up about the stolen election. It cost the company almost $1 billion. It settled because the evidence overwhelmingly showed Fox is not news, but propaganda.
