Subject: Volunteering at school
Just how much did they pay for Samaritan? This is such a poorly designed and implemented system. It doesn't even show you your level, doesn't work smoothly between schools, glitches at every step, there is no way to get any support, emails are unanswered for weeks. At the same time I'm sure it wasn't cheap!

Got an email from FCPS HR that I’m now cleared to volunteer so I must’ve completed all the steps (my dashboard no longer lists the steps). Took me almost 3 weeks to get this done from when I started my application.
Thank you. I'm a new poster who went late last week and was hoping it was the case that it would update after the actual background check, but why in the world couldn't they make a dashboard that knows you've already had the appointment? It makes you think maybe your application has been lost....

I received my email this afternoon as well, a little over 2 weeks for me.
