Quite the opposite. Phil and Jeremy care deeply about the swimmers that they have been coaching, some of them for several years. Dan S doesn’t even know they exist.

He is a wonderful human
I really question NCap management, Tom Ugast, and Spencer- they've literally screamed at parents for nothing and treat the swimmers and coaches like garbage unless you are a top 1% swimmer. When will people realize they are both so full of it?

I’m sure you can get it back and I also doubt most parents know what was going on behind the scenes. You only have a small glimpse of the whole picture.
His kids will likely play a big factor in where he ends up? They are great swimmers and humans as well and any team would welcome themAnonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Does anyone know where Phil might be headed next? Will he keep coaching?
I heard he had multiple offers immediately. He coaches because he loves the kids so much and truly cares. How many of our coaches at GP can say that?

Anonymous wrote:Love everyone for realizing that Jeremy and Phil are not the problem here- they are two of the best coaches in all of NCAP and throughout all PVS, and they deserve to have been treated far better. Dan S could have been brought into
NCAP through other ways without eliminating either of them. Many other sites out there.

It is all about the money. The bottom line. Nothing more.
