If you had actually paid attention to the case you would know this. Yes, Trump and the MAGA faction of SCOTUS are the threat to democracy.
Wrong, the Supreme Court didn’t agree with that and trumps lawyers didn’t say it.

Oh dear, you didn't follow that case at all, did you. Trump's attorneys did in fact have that conversation about assassinating a political opponent with SCOTUS and SCOTUS ruled in favor of absolute immunity.
