I think the graduation outfit is pretty bad but it’s a family event and I think this is a press photo? If she didn’t publish her own photos, I think this one is off limits for me. Not a public appearance.

She really is - in her face. Though I will always think her mom had an insouciance and eff it, I do what I like-ness, that Vanky will never have. It gave Ivana a weird kind of ease and authenticity, in her ugly track suits and fancy flats, that I don't see in anyone else in that stupid family.

Her face looks pretty much the same to me -- what do people think looks so different? I do think her face is getting broader as she ages, which is true for a lot of women, especially Eastern European descent. Look at her mom, or Mariska Hargitay. I actually think that without the nose job, she'd look a lot like her mom did in her 40s -- look at photos of Ivana from around 1991.
