Well, defending their beloved rapist is not easy to pull off credibly. But rapist trump loves you and will deliver everything you want deplorables. Just send the rest of your money to his super PAC. That will really show the libs.

The tweets are PART of a conspiracy that involve witness testimony, emails, texts, documents etc.

You understand that free speech is not absolute right? If you don't understand that, you will soon.

The left is narrowing the scope of the first amendment... even this liberal constitutional scholar agrees

Jonathan Turley is...not a liberal.

+1 Also, there are 30 unindicted co-conspirators on the indictment. So no, not everything and everyone got indicted.

Look it’s only 98 potential felonies, right? Their view is at least 20 of em are completely “partisan” so I mean between his four lawsuits pending he must be like targeted or whatever.

In a way, Nixon was smart to commit only federal crimes for which Ford could pardon him.

Turley is basically a hired gun for the right. Remember Trump’s impeachment trial? He is on Fox News all the time. He’s as credible as Trump loving Dershowitz.

Look dude just accept that your false prophet Trump is corrupt as the day is long.

Oh stop trotting out Jonathan Turley. It's sad really.

He’s the former lawyer for one of the defendants in this case. Not exactly an unbiased source.

In any case, there has never been a time when the first amendment has protected speech in furtherance of a criminal conspiracy. That’s been black letter law for as long as there has been a first amendment. Otherwise conspirators could always just claim that their agreements to commit crimes were protected.

A good set? No.

Maybe five of them.
