Trump's most pernicious effect on the body politic was his "F* U" attitude to the rule of law. He's a spoiled rich white man who thinks that laws don't apply to him. The pardon of Richard Nixon was, in hindsight, a huge mistake. It set us on the road to Trump. Holding Trump accountable will bolster our legal system.
