She already waived Miranda rights when she was arrested and admitted to sending the kiddie videos. The charging documents are way more explicit than the article. There is a mountain of evidence. I cannot imagine any jury finding her guilty. Her best bet is to plea. Either way I hope she NEVER gets out of jail.

I cannot imagine what those I. That court room thought when they heard all of that. I’m really surprised this not plastered all over the news.

I think it's pretty common to refer to someone by their first, maiden and marital names (even or maybe especially if she's divorced, unless she dropped the exe's name).

That's the second time someone has posted that in this thread. My coworker was caught by an undercover FBI sting very similar to this, with an alleged dad with a 10yo girl (I think it was 10; it has been a while since I read the complaint). He did not go to the meetup but they had him under surveillance and got him on the child porn he'd sent to the undercover agent, some of which involved children as young as 4. He was sentenced to 5 years and got out in less than that. He wasn't killed in prison.

I doubt Eleanor will get more than 20 yrs, and when she’s out, she’ll be fully financially supported. Barf.

I heard the exH filed suit for sole custody a few days fter she was arrested. Meaning, she had some kind of custody when she was arrested and access to her children.

This entire situation sounds like something out of season 1 of True Detective or the book the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. It is too hard to believe it can be real.

It's like Jerry Sandusky with the children's charities. Sickening.

For those who know her, any sign of hard drug use? This sounds like meth + trauma + being on the spath spectrum. While I'm aware there is a lot of this in the world, she was not communicating with trusted associates but with a stranger on a message board. So not only sick beyond words but again, courting risk pretty aggressively. Like boinking someone in a public park is begging to be arrested. Every aspect of this story is hard to fathom. Hope she is never near a child or camera again.

For those who claim to have slept with her in the past, was there hypersexuality? Overtly risk taking behavior?

I can't imagine her social circle just overlooked the charge for boinking a random man in a park. Surprised that did not impact the social lives of her young kids. Anyone who knows her care to comment re: the social reactions to that? Did she get some custody or have the kids been with the father?
