I’m struggling a bit but trying to keep going and recognize I will feel better if I stop snacking so much even if my sugar consumption is largely under control.

But I got a much better night sleep last night and even though I’m still congested and achy it feels a lot more manageable. So I’m committing to NO treats today. I’m going to buy myself a dress I’ve been eyeing if I am successful. I really need to reset myself.

If I start the day strong it really helps if I mess up later!
It’s true that every meal you eat without added sugar is a win! The trick is really to eat whole foods that do not come out of a package with ingredients. I’m glad I had an impact! Try banana in your oatmeal. It sounds bad but actually is good. I chop it into a dice.
That big salad Alexandra ate sounds yummy.
So my weight has crept up a few pounds for some reason. It’s annoying. I may need to limit snacking. Not sure what’s going on. Was waiting for my period which came and went and weight is still at the top of my range. Bleh.
