So much will change between now and HS and I wish my daughter’s age group had focused more on the girls personal development and less on who was making club/which team had a better record. I don’t know what the lessons are, as the moving and jockeying worked out really well for some girls and not so much for others. But I do know the girls themselves just wanted to play and didn’t need to be caught up in the drama that seemed to plague all the teams and parents. My other kids play different sports that seem, overall, much more positive experiences but my one kid has loved lacrosse for the last 10 years, so here I am on a lacrosse forum. I guess my best advice is get on a HS team (whether school or club, preferably both) that feels like a good fit for your daughter. Until then, keep them playing lots of sports and trying to have fun. I am sure MC did horrible things but for my daughter’s year none of the clubs felt that great. Good luck.
Says a lot about the power of , this type of behavior never works, lets see how these girls play when they get to HS. The coach did not quit, don't believe the lies and deep pockets who think they can fund athletic success. Everyone knew HS varsity took precedence for Spring, said coach had a great season with the talent she had...the ring leader could not buy what they link they think is development and success in 5th grade is...Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:That will be shared soon. OK I am really impatient I can't wait where did they end up? I know there was talk about some new club or whatever and if that is the case what does that say about MCE where an entire team of A players leaves for an untested brand-new club with no track record...

The TEAM. I want a refund on principle but lucky for MC Elite my spouse wants to let it go. I’m so pissed I’m literally going to have a bonfire with all the branded crap we bought for this club. Bye, MC Elite.

Every elite club has its up and downs and they all cost the same $ (soccer is way more than lax). MCE practice fields/location are A+, we chose the club b/c of the coaching experience and success of all the coaches, the tough losses are not a reason for us to leave, she is so happy after practices.
OMG, this is hilarious.
