Subject: Why is my old neighbor mowing his lawn almost every day. Do I have recourse to report him?
I'd rather have one old guy with a lawn mower a small part of every single day than a different super loud yard crew that comes to a different house every day of week, like we have in our neighborhood.

He is retired probably age 60+
No, you have no right to report him. He may break up the sections by the day if it is too much for him to do in a day. It is not your business. BTW dandelions grow fast.

You people chose to live near other people and then you complain about them doing basic chores? I just don’t even get it.
+1 I think there are quite a few OCD, highly anxious posters on this site. They complain about so many things--from noises to family members.
