Jobs report, finally

A long-delayed government report on Tuesday showed that 64,000 jobs were gained in November, while 105,000 jobs were lost in October.
The unemployment rate in November rose to 4.6%.

Jobs data: given revisions etc, there has basically been zero job growth since april's "liberation day" announcement.

Trump has killed the US economy.

The current calendar year-to-date deficit is $1.52 trillion, which compares to a deficit of $1.93 trillion for the comparable period last year under Biden, a 21% drop.

Not only is the deficit smaller under President Trump - the economy is also bigger. The full 2025 calendar year budget deficit to GDP may total only 5.5%, substantially lower than the unsustainably high 6.8% in calendar year 2024 under Biden.

There is literally not a single metric in this post that is facutal.

They are quoting Bessent, so basically it is bull. I do think it is a paid astroturfer though. They go quiet for awhile when you call it out.

Paid astroturfer here to quote untrustworthy Bessent's tweet even when independent analyses of the deficit are different.

How has that helped your grocery prices? Maybe you should buy your kid only 2 dolls instead of 37, and 2 pencils instead of a dozen.
