Older girls coaches posted. The U17s are a study in personalities for real. Only two teams at the two oldest ages might be a first.

Best girl in the area I have seen (relative to her age group) is playing with boys full time. I don’t think it is póster In this thread but I think it is the cheat code for girls until puberty does it’s thing to the boys.

I guess it depends on what boys team she is playing with. My daughter has been practicing with a boys team and besides some extra physicality, she's not getting much - her footwork and passing is mostly better. Maybe we need to find another team, but we liked the coach.

Played his teams before, they always get better. Spoken to him on sidelines, seems to get it. Can’t say what happens internally though but I know some BSC parents and he’s not their complaint.

My kid is not on his team, but we train close to the same time he does... I've never seen anything bad about his training and thought he is a good coach. He prioritizes his team, minimizing external subs to make sure his girls get more play time. I did see a few frustrated games where he was a bit more forceful than in practice, but overall he seems to be a good coach. All our interactions with him have been positive.

Your story is that your kid practices on an adjacent field but isn't on the team. But you also watched all his games? That makes no sense.

My kid practices on adjacent fields and the practice overlaps with them, so as I wait around I can easily watch and see the practice. I have also seen them play multiple games because we had a game on a nearby field or free time during a tournament to see another BSC team play. I never said I saw all their games or all their practices, but described the ones I did observe. I have my own concerns with some of the BSC coaches, but I would be perfectly happy if BM was my kid's coach.
