Absolutely. There were so many loving and flattering tweets, texts, etc. The defense has been very aggressively going after her. My concern is that she might have lost a juror or two. I think one more expert is going to testify, hopefully that will help.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:The defense just got this video of Sara (Mia) played for the jurors. Remember, she said the first time Diddy raped her was on his birthday. The defense has been grilling her about these birthday shout outs considering it was the anniversary of the first rape.
One thing does not negate the other.

My guess is Eddie Garcia is the guy who Diddy paid to get the copy of the video. The other hotel security guard said he came back to work days later and the video footage was gone.Anonymous wrote:Who are these guys? Why do they need immunity? Enrique Santos and Eddy Garcia

Sure, there's always the possibility that Jay Z paid her off, but to be fair, there were a lot of problems with her story. Not to mention her problematic lawyer. Also, I should correct the post you're quoting. The woman did not admit to lying; she said she withdrew her case for fear of intimidation and retaliation, but that her claims were valid. If Jay were going to pay her off, I'm sure she had to agree to make no further slanderous statements towards him.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:+1 It’s a well known rumor, that’s about it. I read a lot about people allegedly being drugged and/or blackmailed for orgies that happened during his White Parties. I thought we’d hear something about those but it doesn’t appear that is a focus in this case.
I was just thinking about this yesterday. Everyone seem to be thinking that some others would be named in that’s like Jay-Z for example, but it’s pretty clear that that’s not the focus of this case at all. It may be how they were able to get people to speak out And testify given the more narrow focused to take Diddy down and not the other.
Jay-Z also raped women right along side Diddy. That is well known now.
Gee...I wonder why she changed her mind...

it’s not far fetched to believe this. We already know he was attempting contact with witnesses while in jail, trying to get them to say things to make him look good.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I don’t think we ever will. So he got to her. It was obvious that he was untouchable and would surround people like her with threats.
