I get the distinct feeling that his life likely unraveled this year. Lots of tagged photos of him in 2019-2023 period traveling to cool places with friends and family. He was living in Hawaii last year, working remotely and surfing; he seemed to have a good community of fellow remote workers.

I bet he lost his job and his life went sideways.

I actually don't think he looks just like the photos released. Like, I can see it now but I would hesitate to turn him in based on the photos.
