The coach he took over for moved to a new city and there was a need. But again you all want to make VRSC look like it is toxic and bad which it is not. But, if you know about his leaving then you are a disgruntled parent that has left so of course you want to throw shade on the club.

These are rediculous comments by a Juvenile adult. Don’t throw everybody into a one person bucket. Why would anyone disclose what formations are used. The key is that your coach teaches you different formations as the player ages through the system. Many clubs don’t so look for a good coach who approaches this within a reasonable timeframe. If your dd wants to play d1 they have to adapt to different formations and positions.
