Looks like that to me. He gave her a lot of names and said to subpoena all of them. He may have been hoping someone had facts where he only had speculation? And that is also why he asked to be concealed. I'm sure the defense went to all of those people and got nothing. That's why they dragged him up. They couldn't corroborate anything he said. Goose eggs.

Another theory.......
He knows good and well that the relationship between Wade and Willis started long before they testified. And, all the information he gave to Merchant in the texts was true and accurate.
But, he knows if he reveals the truth, he will be burning bridges and closing the door to work in Fulton County. If he maintains the charade of pretending that he has no knowledge of their relationship, he may get work thrown at him from the DA's office.

Yep. Text messages are showing that Bradley was evasive and lacked candor and that he knew much more than he testified to.


The texts reveal that he and Merchant were secretly scheming for months in advance, but also reveal that Bradley ultimately did not have solid corroborating evidence against Wade and Willis.

Bradley is a problem - for Merchant.



"Secretly scheming" means that Bradley was telling Merchant what we all know.... that Willis and Wade had a romantic relationship beginning much earlier than they testified.

No, they didn’t. They made false claims about finding fraudulent votes. They were unable to provide Georgia courts with evidence of this kind of widespread fraud. They filed 6 lawsuits and got nowhere because fraud on a large scale wasn’t actually found.

Man, the guy was so bitter he was shi*talking the daughter! Telling people she flunked out of school, etc.

There was bad blood for sure. But as soon as he put his hand on that Bible he had to stop talking smack and stick to exactly what he actually knew. All that attorney client privilege stuff was him trying to cover his own butt.
