I’m wondering if someone who is in on the truth posted that long expose’ cause I have to admit reading it did give me a renewed sense of mercy for Jen.
That kind of deep betrayal would cause a person to lose their bearings for a good long while. Then to have to see her ex essentially gloating in his new love life immediately after leaving would be torture. Perhaps their apparent bliss is what caused her to create her Tyler myth. He’s this funny, insightful guy who is into her, that’d be hard to resist when broken hearted. Sure they have no real chemistry but it’s fun. God knows Jen probably needed some laughs after having all 5 kids home while putting her entire life back together piece by piece.
I totally agree with pp that Jen is in a double bind. She’s not educated or skilled enough to leave her influencer world for a high paying 8-5 gig. Plus she’s addicted to the praise of her followers. What job can she do that pays as well and allows for such fiexibility and paid vacay/merch/celebrity contacts? Real work would be such a drag after the glory days of speaking to thousands, podcasts with big names and having hundreds of thousands of followers. She’s stuck selling her soul for likes and kickbacks. Sad really. I think there was an interesting, funny, godly lady in there before all the drama spun out of control.

I have no idea about the rest of it. I just commented on the one piece that I know isn’t true. I think it’s highly unlikely this person just happened to uncover all this and that it’s all true just by going through timelines but idk, which I is why only posted about the part I know is wrong.

I'd like to add that I was chatting with a friend recently who is very educated, well read, and had just finished Tyler's book. She has no connection to Jen at all, other than knowing the name, and didn't know Jen was with Tyler.
She said the book was very good and he's insightful and wise.
So all that to say he isn't a no talent hack just promoting himself with no substance.
Likewise, I think Jen has really moved the ball forward in her writings and insight back in the day. That Jen is gone and I do think she wants to be that person again...but the drama in her life has crowded out any sort of space and time to create a coherent thought.

On November 24 2019, Tina re-posted one of those sappy posts where basically the message is “One day someone will enter your life with all the love you’ve ever lost and it will all make sense.” It seemed to indicate she had found a partner, however she doesn’t post any pics of who she could be talking about (probably bc her perfect man was still married). I think that when Brandon returned from Tulum, seeing Tina was the first thing on his to-do list so he saw her and professed how much he had missed her and then went into some type of gaslighting spiel about how they had to lay low at her place and not be seen so as not to have their affair exposed.
Brandon posted a couple of pics of himself at the lake in December and he seemed to be there by himself. I think he took Tina there and this is the real reason that Jen wanted to sell the lakehouse – although I do think there was also some financial messiness with the lakehouse. When Covid first hit, Jen made a post about having to refund about $25k in AirBnb deposits on their lakehouse. So…since they were using their lakehouse as a rental, according to Texas law, you’re required to pay the hotel/motel tax on that and sometimes, the owners themselves are responsible for doing that. This is a somewhat new-ish law on the books and it probably caught Jen by surprise and she may not have found out that they owed taxes on it until they went to sell it. Again – just speculation of things that could have happened.
I also think that Brandon felt the need to buy Tina expensive gifts during their affair so he was buying her Gucci bags, jewelry, etc. Brandon (like Jen) seems to have zero self-worth and they tie their value to a partner. Brandon probably thought he was incredibly lucky to land Texas Barbie and was going to do everything he could to hold on to her. That being said, I genuinely don’t think he planned on being with her – I think he wanted to have his cake and eat it too – never thinking that he’d get caught. When Jen uncovered everything, it kind of forced his hand and he had to commit to Tina because God forbid he just be alone and by himself.
Back to the timeline - I think on Glennon’s podcast Jen mentioned that she felt something wasn’t right around in January, 2020. I’m sure that Brandon was slinking off to corners of the house to text Tina and was probably traveling “for work” but hooking up with Tina.
On February 15, 2020 he posted a pic that said, “Good Things Take Time”, no doubt a shoutout to Tina who was probably ticked he had to spend VDay with his wife.
On April 6, 2020 he posted what would be a few posts thanking those serving in healthcare and a partnership with Legacy Collective – no doubt a nod to Tina – the HeAlThCaRe professional.
It was in April where Jen was having a meltdown bc Brandon had begun to rip up the porch. I think quarantine had gotten to him and he was bursting at the seams since he wasn’t getting to see his mistress as much as he wanted to. He was literally telling Jen and the kids that he was tearing the home apart. Destruction was coming soon.
When Jen posted a pic of the two of them in June, she used a picture of them that she had posted before leading me to believe they didn’t have sunset and rainbows anniversary.
On September 7, 2020, Jen posted that her and Brandon were divorcing. On September 23rd Brandon posted a pic showing that he had moved out of his house. This couch looks to be an identical version of one that shows up in a pic on Tina’s FB page. I think Brandon moved directly in with Tina.
On February 10, 2021, Tina announced on FB that she was in a relationship with Brandon. I think Tina posted this literally the day the ink was dry on their divorce papers as she’d been his secret girlfriend for over a year. The timeline matches up – when she announced it on FB it was 6 months after the divorce announcement, which would have had them officially divorced.
So why did they get divorced: he had an affair and it was with Tina. He spent money from their joint account buying Tina expensive gifts. They had to scrape together some money to get the lakehouse taxes paid off before hitting the market so there weren’t any title issues. They sold the lakehouse because Brandon had been taking Tina up there. Brandon seems to really love his alcohol (based on the pics that their friends are tagging them in on social media during this current trip – they’re drinking like they’re 18 years old and on Spring Break – it comes across as midlife crisis immature.
I don’t think their relationship will last the long haul because Brandon just doesn’t seem to know who he really is as a person. Until he figures that out, he’s not going to be happy and will continue to chase the booze, the women and whatever makes him a caricature of a fake Texas Cowboy living in his own Yellowstone drama.
Same with Jen – this thing with Tyler is a joke. They have zero sexual chemistry but they may make good friends. Until Jen realizes who she is (the modern day version of a TV evangelist who takes advantage of people), she’ll continue to just chase…nonsense.
They didn’t move in together immediately. He moved into a rental house his sister owns/owned nearby.

Jen said in a podcast how she was worried Brandon didn’t think she was pretty anymore because he stopped wanting to have sex with her. She then mentions she talked to close friends about her fears he was cheating and they all said there is no way he’d do that. Then she talks to Glennon who had a cheating husband and dealt with sexual betrayal for advice. She says she was half right about what Brandon had been up to, and it was the oldest story in the book. All indicators suggest adultery of some kind.
I think the pp gave a very plausible theory of how things shook out. It would also explain why their girls have taken the betrayal more personally, and why Jen is trying to go full bleach blonde like Tina.
I don’t know Tina’s character but her clothing choices are not typical of other 50 year olds, even for ones as fit as her. She has been on the hunt for a good man and Brandon no doubt played the suffering husband card and she’s his savior. Time will tell if they can rise above all the carnage. Given the level of hard liquor they consume regularly I have my doubts.

Agree about the sleuthing skills, and yet I kind of get bad goosebumps thinking about this person with multiple windows open online comparing all the social media accounts and drawing out a timeline, then basically writing a story based on a few facts (none of which actually include Tina.) Haha!
