Because you don't know how to lookup the schedule.

I’m looking at Got Sport through GA website. Where else should I look?

The internet is a glorious tool if you know how to use it https://system.gotsport.com/org_event/events/36330/schedules?club=13461. There are a couple games scheduled for pre-HS ages at the end of April

Let me rephrase--why is there a gap of nearly a month in VRSC's GA schedule? I initially assumed it had to do with the high school soccer schedule, but even the non-HS teams don't have GA games for nearly a month.

Because it's a club based league. All of the age groups play each other on the same day. It makes scheduling a lot easier to have all 6 teams play each other on the same day/fields.

I know how GA and ECNL schedule. Doesn't explain why there is a month gap between games. Based on another reply, it sounds like the answer is that the games were compressed into the Fall and Winter. Sort of a bummer to play games in DMV winter weather instead of the one month of the year when the weather is nice around here!

All the while they’re asking you to forking out a symbolic sum of 4K. Feeling cute yet?

You still play the same number of games for that 4k. They are just bunched up more in the Fall and Winter months. Move along.

Because GA is a club vs club league and all the ages (mostly) play each other the same day. Since the HS ages complete their season before April the younger ages do too.

There are scholarships for players who qualify for them. None of the top players are comped just because they are good players.

Yes, that’s why we left. They’re all talk and fake promises. Also, why are the posts about for-profit v non-profit deleted? Extremely suspicious

And if you don't think the more talented players should get more minutes than the less talented players, then you don't understand the GA level.

If this is true, why are they changing the rating system in the top boys league? Tell me again who doesn’t understand it without telling me you don’t understand it. lol.

They are only testing it for the middle school ages, not high school. It’s an experiment that even they admit might not work.

You know it won’t work. Clubs are about money and winning games, nothing else. They dont care about developing players.

Don’t think your kid is going to come here to get developed here. The kids who want to be developed are going to outside sources. It would be nice if they did care about winning, unfortunately they are more concerned about equal playing time.

Coaches are easily influenced by some parents.
